The contents of this help center describe how to use our products. We compile them with the greatest possible care and keep them current, but cannot warrant that every individual statement is complete and accurate. The scope of our services is governed solely by the contractual agreements concluded with you.

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with section 7 (1) DDG. Under sections 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, nor to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.

Liability for links

Our offering contains links to external websites over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept liability for such third-party content; responsibility always lies with the respective provider of the linked page. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Should we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such links without delay.

This does not apply to machine consumption of this help center by support and language assistants through the interfaces provided for that purpose (/api/v1/…, /llms.txt, Markdown versions of the articles). That use is expressly welcome.
