How do I sign in to Dartcom?

On the welcome screen, tap Anmelden and enter your E-Mail oder Benutzername along with your Passwort. If you registered with Apple or Google, use the corresponding button instead.
Open sign-in
Enter your credentials
- E-Mail oder Benutzername — either one works.
- Passwort — tap the eye icon on the right to make it visible.
- Anmelden — confirms your input.
- Passwort vergessen? — sends you a link to reset your password.
Below those fields you'll find Weiter mit Apple and Weiter mit Google. Use the method you signed up with — see Konto erstellen.
Sign-in fails
If your username and password are not accepted, first check whether your account has a password at all. If you registered via Apple or Google, there is none — only the respective button will get you in.
